Compares what a company claimed before its IPO with what its later filings and share price show.
You give it a company name or ticker. It pulls the S-1, later 10-K filings, news and price history, all public. It returns one row per company: IPO date, what the S-1 claimed, what happened later, the forecast error and a pattern label. If news contradicts a filing, the row flags it.
